CELAS provides licences for some of the world's most valuable repertoire in songs and musical compositions; repertoire which underpins a significant proportion of online and mobile music use and sales in Europe. 

CELAS is the first organisation of its kind to offer pan-European licences for its repertoire, including Anglo-American repertoire from the world's largest music publisher, EMI.
